Where is my Daily Ritual data stored?
Your journal entries, ritual logs, reflections, and other personal content are stored locally on your device. Daily Ritual does not store that personal content on its own servers.
How do I delete my app data?
You can delete your Daily Ritual data by deleting the app from your device. Depending on your device settings, you may also be able to clear the app data through your device settings.
How does the trial and purchase work?
Daily Ritual includes a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued access is available with a one-off purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
What should I include when I contact support?
Please include your device type, operating system version, the version of Daily Ritual you are using, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual.
